3.Method of installation
3.1  Preparation before installation
3.1.1  Open the packing box to check whether the type of device is correct and whether the accessories are included,or else please contact your distributor.
3.1.2  Choose SIM card:each device needs to insert a GSM SIM card.
Please refer to the distributor's suggestions to choose the SIM card.
3.1.3  Installing SIM card.(Please refer below picture)
Note:
Please use GSM network SIM card;
Power off before installing or removing the SIM card;
The SIM card used should be enabled for GPRS;
Ensure the SIM card can send and receive SMS.
3.2  Installation
The device installation is covert.Please refer installation to an auto electrical contractor.
3.2.1  To prevent theft of the device,it should be installed as covertly as possible.Covertly installation is suggested.
3.2.2  Avoid placing the device close to higher power electrical devices,such as reversing radar,anti-theft device or other vehicle communication equipment.
3.2.3  The device should be fixed into postion wich cable ties or wide double-side tape.
3.2.4  The device has build-in GSM antenna and GPS antenna.During installation,please make sure the receiving side face is up,with no metal object above the device to interfere with GPS reception.The following places are suggested for installation:
         -shelter in the decoreated board bellow the front windshield;
         -shelter around the front instrument panel(non-mettallic material face);
         -in the decorated board below back windshield;
Notice:if the windshield is pasted with metal thermal-protective coating or heathing coating,it may affect the signal.In this case,please change the installation place.

4.Indicating Led light
4.1  Red LED-(Power status indicator)

5.  Message command
5.1  SMS command beginning with 3-digit number, default password is 555.
5.2  Followed the password is the command, except the command <help>, other are three English initials, each representing a different command; After command content are the parameters need to be set, the same command, if more than one parameter use' , 'separated, no parameter indicates the end of the command; Device reply the message, content and setting are concordant indicate the setting is successful, if no SMS reply please check the SIM card in the device is working properly, other else means failed.
5.3  Non-administrator number send command require a password when the administrator number is not required password, such as a non-administrator numbers send 111run30, the administrator can send 111run30 number or run30.
5.4 Multiple commands can be set together in a same text message ,each command between ';' separated, for example adm13901234567; run30; mod0. All SMS instruction in English input is not case-sensitive.

6.  Alarm management
6.1  Device in the state of arm will activate all the alarm conditions which have been set, if triggered the corresponding type of alarm, the device will perform related actions in accordance with the type of alarm setting.
6.2  After the device is disarmed, all alarm conditions and alarm status will be lifted immediately.
6.3  SMS alarm mode, the device will send a warning message with location information to set SOS numbers, if SOS number is not set, the default is sent to the administrator number.
6.4  Calling alarm mode, device will call the set SOS number 2 times cycles until it is answer, if the SOS number not answer or the SOS number is not set, the default is to call the administrator number 1 times.
6.5  SMS and Calling alarm mode, the device will first process SMS alarm, then process calling alarm.
6.6  When alarm happen ,a alarm location report will be upload to platform server.
 
7.  Platform
7.1  Login method
Users can log in global positioning platform service provided by distributor,please contact with your distriburtor to open an account for you. Internet website: click on the appropriate search vehicles entrance into the login screen, enter your user name and password
7.2  Platform operation
After login successful, click the appropriate button for vehicle real-time monitoring, location query, the instruction issued, historical track playback and other operations.
 
8.Trouble shooting
8.1  While terminal in the background display not on-line or off-line.,First observe the terminal 3 indicator is normal, according to the device lights status to judge device work condition, if the red light flashes, the green light is not bright, please check that the SIM card is installed correctly, if the installation is no problem, please replace the SIM card test again. Under no condition to observe the situation, use mobile phone dial SIM card terminal number, if not connect successful, indicating that the terminal Area is no GSM signal or signal is weak, please try it again in a good signal place; if the terminal is insufficient balance or out of service,Please try again after recharge; if connect successful, please consult the appropriate operator if SIM card is open GPRS function; if not connected,prompt power off ,please check that the device is installed properly.
8.2  While the GPS signal reception abnormal ,please take it into the broad place positioning, general first positioning need 1-2 minutes. If a long time does not positioning, please check the terminal installation location if meets the requirements, the normal installation without metal shielding.
8.3  While the GSM signal reception abnormal, please check the terminal SIM card is installed correctly; or the location may not cover GSM signal (such as a basement), please use in the place where signal coverage.
8.4  While power-up ,the red power light is off, please check the wiring is correct, and after exclude the internal terminal problem then can power-up again.
